التكييف المركزي
التكيف المركزي عبارة عن وحدة تكييف بقدرة عالية نسبياً، تتكون هذه الوحدة من قطعة واحدة كبيرة الحجم تشمل
جميع الأجزاء الخاصة بجهاز التكييف من المبخر والضاغط وصمام التمدد والمكثف والمراوح وغيرها من متممات دائرة التبريد
وتوضع عادة هذه الوحدات في مكان متجدد التهوية تماماً وذلك لانبعاث الحرارة وصوت الوحدة عند تشغيلها “فوق سطح المبني أو الارتدادات
ويتم نقل الهواء من الوحدة إلى المكان المراد تكييفه عبر (Duct) مجاري الهواء
: متطلبات تركيب التكييف المركزي –
لكل نظام من أنظمة التكييف المركزي والتكييف المخفي ، والكاسيت ، وأيضا الصحراوي متطلبات معمارية وإنشائية يجب مراعاتها عند اختيار نظام التكييف المناسب
في نظام التكييف المركزي –

وأيضا تعليم فتحات الجدران لمرور مجاري الهواء الدكت الأفقية والتأكد من عدم تعارضها مع الجسور الساقطةتحتاج وحدة التكييف المركزي ألي مساحة مكشوفة ومناسبة بالمبني
تخصيص خط كهربائي عالي القدرة (3 فاز) أو حسب الشركة المصنعة للجاهز
تشغل مجاري الهواء حيزاً بالسقف المستعار يجب أخذها في الاعتبار عند التصميم ومطابقتها مع الديكور
تمديدات ومتطلبات تركيب التكييف المركزي –
( تزود وحدة المكيف المركزي بخطين من تمديدات مجاري الهواء ( الدكت
(Supply) خط التغذية بالهواء المكيف يكون معزول وتسمى
(Return) خط الهواء الراجع وأيضا يكون معزول ويسمى
(Mix Box) وهو الذي يتصل بوحدة خلط الهواء
(Fresh Air) والتي تقوم بخلط الهواء الراجع مع نسبة من الهواء الخارجي
وذلك لتجديد هواء المكان المراد تكييفه
يتم تركيب كاتم صوت عند مخرج الوحدة لامتصاص الضوضاء الناتجة عن الوحدة

أصبح بالإمكان تكييف مساحات ضخمة بجهاز واحد ذو قدرة عالية –
يمكن للمصمم عزل الوحدة الرئيسية تماما عن الفراغات الداخلية للمبني وبالتالي التخلص من صوتها –
(Mix Box) تجديد الهواء بشكل دائم لاحتوائه على صندوق خلط الهواء
مع نسبة معينة من الهواء الخارجي (Return) ويعمل على خلط الهواء الراجع

يستخدم التكييف المركزي في كثير من الكثير من المشاريع التجارية والسكنية والأماكن الواسعة والمفتوحة مثل المباني الإدارية والقاعات الكبرى والمستودعات والمصانع والبنوك والمطارات والمراكز التجارية وغيرها من التطبيقات
يستخدم أيضا في الفلل والقصور وبعض العملاء يفضلوه نظراً لأن أعمال صيانته تتم خارج المبني
